The Streaming Giant Casts Perfect Performer for Bon Clay in the Hit Series Upcoming Installment
The Secret Organization is poised to play a huge role in Netflix’s upcoming season of One Piece, though the real showdown won’t unfold until season 3, and a cherished, audience-beloved member has recently been selected.
The platform declared Tuesday that the talented performer will appear in the One Piece season 3 cast and will portray Mr. 2. The role possesses the power to morph into an identical duplicate of any individual they’ve laid a hand on with their dominant hand. The performer, who is identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, will depict a interpretation of that role reimagined as gender non-binary, instead of as a drag artist, in the real-life adaptation, differing from the original manga and cartoon version.
The new cast member will work alongside several other new cast members tasked with bringing Baroque Works to reality, including leader Mr. 0, portrayed by the seasoned performer, a talented actress as Miss Goldenweek, and an accomplished actor, who will appear as the lineup as the monarch of the desert kingdom.
Though this character is a key figure of Baroque Works, the character will be introduced in One Piece the third season. Given the second season set to cover the Little Garden segment, this marks a notable change in the placement of Bon Clay’s introduction, one that could suggest further changes to the narrative framework.
