"Working with different perspectives, varied experiences, it's a very fascinating environment to be involved in every day," he explains.
"The complete strategy has been a fresh take but something truly exciting because we are collaborating with people from around the globe."
Regarding the pressure on the team, the director says: "We experience stress but additionally it's exciting.
"We're dealing with a major project. It's probably the biggest that many of us have before worked on."
New Talent Adds Fresh View
