Relatives of a minor who received life-threatening injuries after being thrown from the 10th floor of London's art gallery have stated their "courageous fighter" has reached his goal of being able to run, jump, and swim anew.

The young boy was six years old when he was hurled from a ledge by a youth, at that time seventeen.

The boy, who was on holiday with the parents in the summer of 2019 when attacked, survived a 98-foot plunge but received life-changing wounds, such as a brain hemorrhage and fractures.

Relatives stated in an news on a donation page, they were pleased that he had been successful to progress with his jumping, swimming and running before his forthcoming procedure.

"He is unable to accomplish like youngsters his age, of course, but we cannot portray his actions in different terms than by terming it's running, jumping, and swimming."

The boy, who endured months in ICU, has persisted to develop cognitive endurance.

Subsequent to a trial at the central criminal court, the youth was found guilty of trying to kill and was incarcerated in the year 2020 for at least fifteen years.
